Privacy
Who is responsible
fuSian.Locks, Sian, The Hague. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@fusianlocks.com or via WhatsApp to +31 6 4513 9414.
Which data
Your name and phone number, the messages and photos you send via WhatsApp, and the details of your appointment: date, address, treatment and payment.
What for
To plan your appointment, advise you and carry out the treatment at your home. Photos for the photo check are only used for that advice.
Before and after photos
Only with your permission. With portfolio rates we agree beforehand which photos may be shared and whether you are recognisable.
How long
No longer than needed. Data needed for the records is kept for as long as the law requires.
Sharing
Your data is never sold or passed on. WhatsApp is used for contact and Tikkie for the deposit; these services have their own privacy terms.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. Only your choice of language and of light or dark mode is remembered in your own browser.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. Send a message to info@fusianlocks.com. If you are not happy with how your data is handled, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Terms
Appointments
An appointment is confirmed once you pay a €5 deposit via Tikkie. This amount is deducted from your treatment.
Intake
The video intake is optional and costs €10, paid in advance. This amount is deducted if you book a treatment.
Rescheduling and cancelling
Cancelling is free up to 36 hours before the appointment, and your deposit is refunded. After that you can still reschedule for free. If you cancel later than 36 hours before, the €5 deposit is not refunded.
Prices
All prices are fixed prices per treatment. Bleaching the tips costs €45. For new locs, microlocks and bleaching whole locs you get a custom price in advance. With excessive regrowth, €15 is added. If you have an undercut and only half of your head needs doing, you get €15 off for dreadlocks and €20 off for Sis & Brotherlocs. Sian only works in The Hague; there are no travel costs.
Payment
You pay for the treatment in cash, at the appointment. Only the €5 booking deposit is paid via Tikkie.
Portfolio rates
The current prices apply to the first 15 clients, in exchange for before and after photos and a review.
Children
A parent or guardian is present when a child is treated.
Scalp and health
Do you have scalp problems, an allergy or a skin condition? Let Sian know beforehand, so the treatment can be adjusted.
